The swimming pool is on Level 1 (turn right as you exit lift),  has 4 lanes and a 'shallow' area. The PM/BM team ensures its cleanliness and regular cleaning. The swimming pool area has dedicated ventilation fans to maintain a comfortable environment for relaxing and swimming. The Pool has a 'no swimming lessons' rule and children to be supervised at all times.

The Spa is on Level 1 adjacent to the swimming pool and has the usual 'water jets' for a relaxing and stimulating experience. Press the Black button to start the water jet flows. Press the Red button to stop.

The sauna on Level 1 is external to the swimming pool & spa area, but next to it. The sauna outside panel has 2 controls: a black on/off switch and a rotary hour timer. When operational, an orange light is shown. Inside the sauna is the coal bucket and handle to pour water as needed. Hint: As in all saunas, it takes time to 'heat up' from a cold start, so plan for 20-30 minutes before entry and relaxation.

The BBQ area, in the external courtyard,  includes an electric BBQ and is available to all residents and accessible via Level 3. Turn right when you exist the lift, walk thru the glass door, climb up the stairs, turn left (towards Victoria Ave), climb more stairs and .. voila!

There is an internal 'cozy' courtyard on Level 1 (turn right when you exit the lift), and a large external courtyard via Level 3 (turn right as you exit the lift). Both courtyards are non-smoking areas and available for all residents to enjoy.

The Gym is available on Level 1 (turn right as you exit the lift) just before the swimming pool. It has stationary bicycles, treadmills and a weights machine.

The Gym power switch is to your left as you enter and the thermostat on the wall next to it. The Gym closes at 10PM (door locked for entry) and no children under 12 allowed.

The Games Room on Level 1 is next to the Gym. It has a table tennis, arm chairs and a small books library.

The Meeting Room is adjacent to the Sauna. The door is usually locked, so coordinate with the PM/BM team if required. Strata meetings can be held there occasionally, but it's available to all residents.
