The main reception is via the Katherine St. entrance (level 2). Reception is manned from 9AM to 5PM on weekdays, closed weekends and public holidays. Reception handles residents’ enquiries and acts as a parcel collection centre. Outside of office working hours, there is usually a security guard available personally and via phone.

Thomas St. entrance (level 1)  leads directly to the lifts ( 3 residential, 1 commercial) and amenities (pool, sauna, gym, courtyard, etc.). It's the closest entrance to Chatswood MTB station and the Post Office, a short walk down Thomas St. There is also a direct path to Chatswood RSL parking and side entrance. 

The Victoria Ave entrance (level 3) is via a direct (partially-sheltered) access from Victoria Ave, the 144 bus stops, and Chatswood MTB station exit. It's best if a direct path to Chatswood Mall, or the Dining District, is desired without actually passing through the station.

The Bentleigh Loading Dock is via Thomas St. It's mainly used for moving in, moving out and/or delivery of bulky goods or appliances. It has a legal maximum height of 3.2 meters, which should be advised to truck companies before they arrive. If the truck height is above the maximum, arrangements must be made with the Property/Building Management (PM/BM) team for other parking arrangements, or the truck may park on its own if a vacant space available on public streets.

The Bentleigh has 4 lifts, 3 for residential units and 1 for commercial suites. Lifts 1,2 & 3 (from the left side as you face them) are residential, Lift 4 (right side as you face them) are commercial.

Lifts 1, 2 & 3 provide access to:

o Building entrance levels (1 Thomas St., 2 Katherine St., 3 Victoria Ave)

o Residential Unit Levels (4 to 23)

o Parking Levels (P1 to P7)

The Bentleigh car parking is via Thomas St. Loading Dock entrance. It's secured by a  barrier entrance with an access  machine that needs either a resident 'fob' or a resident intercom access for visitors. The electric door will lift up automatically to allow entry once fob/access is verified. Each unit has its own parking lot(s)/space(s), while visitors (and tradies) can use the marked 3-hour lots/spaces. 

On exit from the parking levels to the Thomas St. exit, the electric door will rise up automatically as you approach driving your car; you do not need to touch/swipe the machine or get out of your car.

Disabled parking on Level P1, visitors parking on Levels P1 to P3, look for the P3 signs.

There are 3 external doors, Thomas St. Katherine St. and Victoria Ave. The doors will open automatically on entry and exit during designated hours. However, they will lock after 6PM till 7AM and will need your fob/card to open if coming in from outside (swipe fob/card on intercom/security machine) and pressing the green/black button if going out from the inside.

The doors will also lock on the weekends.

The Bentleigh Commercial suites occupy Levels 1 to 5 and Parking Levels P1 to P3. They have a dedicated lift (Lift 4, the rightmost lift when you face the lifts 'cluster' on Levels 1, 2 & 3.

The commercial lift does not provide  access to the residential units on levels 6 to 23.

Trucks should park in the Loading Dock via Thomas St. Entry to Level 1 is via the Loading Dock door, and Lift 3 is used to take 'things' up to residential levels.

 Lift 3 is covered in cloth protecting the mirrors, as it's used for Loading Dock deliveries, and must be booked with the PM/BM team before their arrivals. When booked, Lift 3 can be temporarily stopped (doors wont close automatically) to allow smooth loading/unloading, hence wont be available to residents during that time. It's unlocked by the PM/BM team when loading/unloading is completed.
